Arriving in LV take a quick cruise down Fremont Street & see Down Town LV. The beautiful new Hotels – Dunes, Moulin Rouge, Desert Inn, Flamingo. Hot action at the pool diving boards. The New Frontier has Elvis Presley performing. Showgirls !! Gambling !! Vices !! Broke & tired – we head out of Las Vegas, heading west on US 466 / 91 towards Barstow. There we pick up Route 66 west again.
