The best option to find the best deal is to do the ground work yourself.

    1) Find what the discount airlines are in your area, even if you have to drive a ways to get to the airline hub. Examples are Allegiant Air, Southwest and others. There are some amazing deals if you do a good thorough search.

    2) What time of the week are you going? If you head to Vegas during the weekdays, you can find some excellent deals on great hotels and shows. The best website for Sunday-Thursday deals is http://www.smartervegas.com.

    3) If you are looking for a deal on the weekend, or are interested in a condo w/ kitchenette, try http://www.VRBO.com. We just booked the MGM Signature, top floor with strip view for $120 per night taxes in. For a weekend in Vegas, this is unbeatable for this hotel/resort. There are also great deals at Palms Place and other great places for weekends.

I hope this was helpful and have fun!

I always book mine through Expedia, I think they have the best rates and their website is the easiest to navigate. I have the expedia citicard that they offer (I know you can receive additional off if you apply for one; I wouldn’t recommend it… it’s been nothing but trouble :o )) Did you try USAir.com? For me, they always have the cheapest direct flights NC-NV.

Try using a coupon site, sometimes travel site like Expedia & Travelocity offer coupon sites exclusive deals! I use coupondawg.com to book ALL my travel (try agoda.com on coupondawg as well)…hope it helps!

Your best deal is to deal with the hotel directly who has connections for airfare. Check the following first

    Excalibur
    Tropicana Hotel
    Circus Circus
    Sahara Hotel

Definitely go to http://www.smartervegas.com . Their site gives your promo codes for all of the strip hotels. Some are advertised and some aren’t. I have gotten MANY awesome deals from this site. I.E. a TheHotel @ Mandalay Bay suite for $90 per night. Or a free upgrade to a Palace Tower room @ Caesar’s Palace. There are also tips and promo codes for shows as well. Definitely try this site. Traveling on a Sun – Thurs also helps with your pricing, hotels have there cheaper rates during the week. Another site suggestion is http://www.travelzoo.com. Another way to find great hotel deals and some flight deals as well.
